The Irish Glen of Imaal

The Irish Glen of Imaal Terrier Club of Ireland evolved out of a general interest expressed by a large cross section of Glen of Imaal Terrier owners in developing the sporting nature of our dogs, rather than purely show or exhibiting dogs.

One of the main aims of this club is to promote the "Working Dog", to retain the sporting instincts of the Glen of Imaal Terrier. The Club will cater for both show exhibitors and the sports minded and encourage our membership to breed true to type and temperament.
